William has performed in the Southeast Michigan area since the age of 12 and has been a full time working musician for over 10 years. As a freelance pianist, he has had the honor of sharing the stage with many notable performances including Billy Childs, Bernard “Pretty” Purdie, Liberty Devitto, Jon Hendricks, Paquito D’Rivera, and more. He has performed and toured with various bands all over the country, including an appearance on the nationally syndicated morning television show Breakfast Television. He performs every week at Weber’s Inn in Ann Arbor. He received a bachelor's degree in jazz performance at the University of Toledo under the mentorship of Tad Weed. He performs solo and with various ensembles all over the southeast Michigan area, stylistically ranging from ragtime to rock to modern pop and jazz.
